School Break Adventures

Rob enjoyed an entire month off from graduate school between semester and we took the opportunity to participate in some weekend excursions.

One of them was the adventures was the National Air and Space Museum. We originally planned a visit to the Natural History Museum, but decided to give Asher the choice between animals or airplanes, and of course he chose airplanes.

For those who have been to D.C., you will appreciate and be amazed by this picture of our vehicle, parked right across from the Air and Space Museum, and it only cost us $4.50.

Another excursion was a morning hike with friends Matt and Shauna. Asher loved exploring with his buddy Charlie. Anyone else see two future cub scouts here?

The last weekend off from school Rob took us all to Clemyjontri Park, a huge park that was designed for "children of all abilities". They even have a swing for a wheelchair bound child. Cool huh?
