Seconds prior to this picture Asher's face was scrunched in terror, so we jumped in to calm him and get an okay picture. I didn't want him to be scared so I placed him in a Santa class (pictures and videos of Santa that day, along with saying "Ho ho ho"). Our friend Dave Goodsell was Santa and even a vague familiarity didn't help.
Oh well.

CUTE!!! Emma was never afraid of Santa or anything for that matter, but Abby still has reservations. She will look and wave, but not touch. Abby also is scared to touch the Chick-fa-lay cow. She loves to wave and yell at him, but NO TOUCHY. Like Heidi says, totally depends on the kid and their personality.
We went to our local HOA winter party with William and his friend (both 2.5 years old). We asked them if they'd like to sit on Santa's lap or talk to him. They both looked strait faced and shook their heads "NO" - so it may take awhile! hahaha
