Rob participated in a five-month long work program called the Leadership Development Academy. Some of the requirements to graduate included interviewing Senior Executive's (the governments CEO's), writing book reports, preparing group presentations. Rob loved the program and learned a lot.
Asher and I were able to attend Rob's graduation ceremony. Asher did amazingly well and was quiet almost the entire time, because of this (and how cute he is) he was a star that day.
