Wearing great-grandpa Wilkerson's hat, pretending to be a real cowboy...
Asher is also making raspberries, turning on his tummy, wiggling toward the cat, and....
Sleeping 4 or more hours at a time! Wahoo! Yeah! Hip Hip Hooray! He actually slept for 7 1/2 hours one time (and no, he was not sick). I think the change is due to several things: 1) He is eating solid food 2) His acid reflux is under control 3) I tired of sticking the pacifier in his mouth every time it fell out and was mean and let him cry for an hour (or less) several times until he fell asleep on his own.
He is growing up so fast and I have teared up several times as he reaches new stages of development, realizing that he will soon be a little boy and not a baby. And yes, I realize that he isn't even 6 months old yet

I know how hard it is to let them just cry themselves to sleep, but it actually helps them learn to self soothe. Life was much easier after Ava learned that, so congrats on making it through that!
I love the exersaucer picture! And hooray for more sleep :).
I love the hat picture!! I cant wait till he is walking and I can buy him his first cowboy boots (they will be from Tx of course):)
Tiffany said 'the first 6 months were really rough' [Emma had horrible acid reflux too] 'but she is great now'. That is the plus side of having them grow up. Garrett walks around now like he thinks he is a total 'little man', so funny and yet so cute. So the future is as good as the past. Enjoy. Aunt Connie
He is getting so big and cute! I'm glad the reflux is under control too. We miss you! When will you be coming to California? :)
