We had a great (and interesting) time going to a renaissance festival. I have wanted to go to a renaissance festival for at least 10 years and while I'm glad I went, I don't feel the need to go again. There are some very odd and dirty people out there who REALLY need the gospel. My favorite part was watching Emma interact with the fairies and other creatures there. Some of her reactions were priceless.

On another note: Allie and Jeff and doing such a great job raising Emma. She is definetly going to grow up knowing that she is loved. While we were there Rob kept chasing her, then she would chase him. Several times she would ask us if we were staying and then if she could go home with us. She even put on a pretty dress in her preparation to leave with us. It was funny to watch her because she has princess imitations down perfectly. She would faint and then wait for her father to come and revive her with a kiss. So cute.
In the midst of our busy visit Allie, who is due to have a baby any day now, found time to take pictures of Rob and I. These pictures are the first professional ones we have had taken since we were married. She did such a great job! Her website is Sacred Fire Photography. The following are some of the results.
