The Cub Scouts planned a family service activity to help pick up the old wreaths that are laid every year at the Arlington National Cemetery. I thought this would be a great event to take Asher to so we woke up extra early and took the metro (Asher's first experience, he loved it) and tried to find the active cleanup area but were never quite able to make it in time with Cub Scouts and younger age legs, which was a bit disappointing. But, Asher and the boys enjoyed the tour of the cemetery anyway.
