Pasta Fun

Some good friends of ours gave Rob and I a pasta machine for Rob's birthday and a belated Christmas gift to both of us. We LOVE it. It's a great way to sneak in more vegetables (think spinach and beet noodles) and there is no need to store noodles for food storage, thus saving space. I'm placing an open dinner invitation for anyone who will come visit us from out of town!
