This year I decided to break with tradition and try a host of new recipes, mostly from the website allrecipes.com, which was a mistake. While nothing was inherently bad, the food just didn't taste the same and was often over-seasoned. Oh well, live and learn right? Besides, we are incredibly blessed to have so much food to eat. And we still enjoyed each other's company! Thanks for making the trip down again Mom and Dad!

Friend Lee joined us since bad weather was canceling a host of flights. He and Mom and Dad enjoyed watching "The Incredibles" for the first time.
