Besides frustrating trips to the Visitors Center (traffic, bad concert that night) and downtown (FREEZING cold and tired kids) the time spent together was great!
Evenings often looked like this:
After the traditional Christmas Eve story reading and after the kids were in bed, Jeff and Allie surprised the adults with tacky Christmas Gifts. So fun! This should definitely become traditional.
Mask for Heidi
Pickup sticks for Dad and I (I can bend over, though pregnant, thank you very much!)
Yellow Snow candy for Rob
Dollar store bread for Mom
Star Wars candy for Chris
Musical tie for Bro. Sparks
While we were together we went through some dress up materials, here's my man looking his best with a wig and hat
Me Christmas morning (Baby Girl is due in one day)
Asher playing with his new gorillas stuffed animal from us (was mine as a kid). He loves to receive hugs from gorilla and jump on him.
Bike from Grandma and Grandpa (he loves riding it)
Gorgeous rainbow and monkey socks from Asher. He picked them out at the $5 store him self :).
Best of all worlds, a helmet, racket AND a story from Aunt Allie. This is how he looked pretty much all day.Merry CHRISTmas everyone!
