During Rob's youth, each year while visiting his grandparents in Oregon, his family would raft down the Clackamas River. After many years of fun, the raft was stored away, until recently when his parents gave it to us. Rob, Asher and I took it out on the Occoquan Reservoir for a trial run. Because Asher missed a nap and was wearing a bulky life jacket (he couldn't cuddle up to me as he does when tierd), he didn't enjoy the experience as we did. But, we enjoyed floating around, learning to use the boat. We look forward to many other trips and building memories with the raft as Rob did growing up.

Crystal, what a fun family tradition!! And congrats on your graduation! I'm so far behind on blogs. Anyway, Asher is a doll baby, Crystal. He's beautiful. I hope you are soaking up all of his cuteness. Oh, I LOVE motherhood! Hope things continue to go well for your family.
What fun! Asher is getting so big! It's so fun to see pictures. Congrats Rob on grad school. That's great!
Ah! Seeing that raft made me nostalgic! And Asher looks so cute in his life vest and hat!
