Rob's Worry About Bread

Rob wanted to make homemade (ie. non bread-machine) bread for his home teachee families to accompany homemade jam I made this summer. He used a bosch machine to make the dough and didn't have to knead once. Yet, his attitude was of one performing a highly technical surgery.
