... thus the picture of me taking a break on my natural chaise lounge. Going back up the trail was a killer for a self-described "sissy suburban girl" such as myself. 1,100 feet down; 1,100 feet up; 7 1/2 miles; 6 hours; a new record for Crystal.

way to go. Thanks for the warning, we are thinking of going next weekend and we probably will want to think twice about this hike with Tyler!
